This is a number one focal point for After Dark Valet on every event. Predicting the traffic flow is very important to the success of every event, and we specialize in thinking outside the box to maximize the efficiency of every location. Some locations and larger events may require an in person site review, permitting, and/or road closures.
The one thing that we can NOT do without is adequate space. We are the best at making the most out of the space you have, however at the end of the day the space does need to be there. We unfortunately don't have a parking garage in the sky, so enough secured space is essential.
Logistics such as the distance to the parking area, the guests arrival & exit speed and the estimated car count, are all taken into consideration when determining a crew size. This critical information helps us ensure safety, execution and overall guest satisfaction.
